Rezumat
Complianța la tratament este o caracteristică a activității clinice ce implică deopotrivă medicul și pacientul. Pe lângă succesul terapeutic care este direct legat de complianță, implicațiile juridice și etice sunt manifeste mai ales atunci când din diverse motive pacientul nu este compliant sau medicul nu a informat corect și complet pacientul.
În materialul de față vom prezenta principalele aspecte juridice și etice, exemplificând prin câteva din cele mai importante articole de lege care reglementează acest aspect.

Abstract
Medication adherence is a characteristic of clinical activity that involves both the doctor and the patient. In addition to the therapeutic success that is directly related to adherence, the legal and ethical implications are evident, especially when, for various reasons, the patient is not compliant or the doctor has not informed the patient correctly and completely.
In this material, we will present the main legal and ethical aspects, exemplifying some of the most essential articles of law that regulate this aspect.
